• February 05 February 5, 2013 sa BARANGAY POTRERO, MALABON. 11-12pm sa Barangay Hall.
• February 12 3-6pm BROADWAY CENTRUM
• Friday, February 22, 2013, 10AM-2PM.
• March 05, 2013 @ Broadway Centrum 3pm to 5pm.
  
• March 15-16 Baguio City @ 10am to 3pm
  Villalon Street corner Vergara Alley, Barangay Engineer's Hill, Baguio City
  (barangay covered court)
• March 22-23, 2013 @ CEBU CITY! 10am to 11:30am
  J Centre Mall Atrium, 165 A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City Cebu
  

Dalhin ang Application Form, Birth Certificate ng Bata (photocopy), 3R Picture na WHOLE BODY AT CLOSE-UP. Dalhin din po ang ID ng magulang at ng bata.


PAALALA: HUWAG PO MUNANG ISAMA ANG INYONG MGA ANAK SA REGISTRATION SA LUNES. SIGURADUHIN PO NA KUMPLETO ANG REQUIREMENTS BAGO PUMUNTA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Cute and talented little boys, 7 years old and below.

• KUMPLETUHIN ANG MGA SUMUSUNOD NA REQUIREMENTS:
  BIRTH CERTIFICATE NG BATA (XEROX COPY LANG)
  2 PICTURES: ISANG 3R NA CLOSE UP AT ISANG 3R NA FULL BODY
• BARANGAY CERTIFICATION O VALID ID (SSS ID, VOTER’S ID, POSTAL ID, PASSPORT) NG MAGULANG / GUARDIAN.
  

STEP 2

• Abangan sa Eat Bulaga ang SCHEDULE AT VENUE ng registration at doon ipapasa ang na kumpletong requirements. Hindi po kami tumatanggap ng submission via e-mail.

Please don't forget to bring the following:

- Registration Form
- 3R whole body and close-up picture
- Birth Certificate
- Parent's ID

Sa mga magulang po, Huwag niyo po muna isama ang mga bata sa registration. Just bring the requirements. Thank you.
